Job Details

We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure using modern DevOps practices and tools. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure DevOps, Git, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, and containerization technologies. You will play a key role in automating deployment processes, improving system reliability and scalability, and supporting development teams in building cloud-native applications. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as microservices, serverless architectures, and observability tools, while mentoring others and driving continuous improvement across our engineering practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, Implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines on Microsoft Azure using Azure DevOps Services
  • Automate deployment processes and proficiency in infrastructure management using tools like Terraform, ARM, templates or Azure CLI
  • Communicate the workflows and vision across the IT organization
  • Create documentation for CI/CD infrastructure for training and reference.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement cloud-native applications and scalable solutions.
  • Conduct design and code reviews and provide feedback on engineering best practices
  • Mentor and guide other DevOps/software engineers within the team.
  • Identify areas for improvement within processes and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of proven experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in GIT and version control systems.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience integrating automated testing and deployment for cloud-based applications.
  • Familiarity with observability & monitoring tools
  • Proven track record in building and managing DevOps infrastructure across multiple environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
