Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Flutter Mobile UX/UI Developer / Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of mobile applications. You will play a key role in building user-friendly interfaces, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver high-quality apps that users love.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive and engaging user interfaces using Flutter and Dart.
  • Provide support by diagnosing, debugging, and resolving technical issues in mobile applications.
  • Work with product teams to implement new features and enhance existing ones based on user feedback.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and animations for smooth user experience.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party services, and backend systems while ensuring data security and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Support testing, documentation, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in mobile application development with a focus on Flutter and Dart.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and animation techniques.
  • Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
  • Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to work with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Firebase, push notifications, or cloud services.
  • Exposure to automated testing and CI/CD processes.
  • Understanding of native integrations on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and performance tuning.
