Job Title: Risk Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: 8+ years Certifications: ISO 27001 certified Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager with expertise in TPRM, BCM, ITDRM, GRC, and ISO 27001, to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in monitoring key risks and controls, developing reporting for operations, control, and business leaders, and Enterprise Risk Programs such as Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Appetite. As the Risk Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading engagement teams, monitoring and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for the organization.
• Monitor key risks and controls, and develop reporting for operations, control and business leaders, and Enterprise Risk Programs such as Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Appetite.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of controls and process maps.
• Ensure compliance and operational risk issues and incidents are identified and managed.
• Manage and lead engagement teams, monitor and mentor junior team members.
• Execute client related engagements in the areas of governance, risk & compliance (GRC), vendor audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures & enterprise risk management.
• Perform the iRCSA process as per the schedule and capture all risks
