JR Laddha Financial Services is a leading advisory and wealth management firm committed to delivering insightful financial strategies through data-driven research. We are looking for a passionate intern who can transform complex financial data into interactive and visually engaging insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations for financial data.

Utilize Excel, Power BI, and Canva to prepare reports and infographics for presentations.

Collaborate with research analysts to extract key insights from financial models.

Support automation of research workflows using basic coding/scripting or AI tools (e.g., Python, ChatGPT, Excel Macros).

Contribute to storytelling through data to enhance investor communication and strategic decisions.

Research financial market trends and assist in preparing investor education materials.


Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts).

Proficiency in Canva and/or similar design platforms for visual storytelling.

Exposure to Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Basic coding ability (e.g., Python, R, VBA) or familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel Copilot).

Strong interest in financial markets, investment analysis, or corporate finance.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Background:

Pursuing/completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Coursework or certifications in data visualization, financial modeling, or research analysis are a bonus.
