Financial Service Consultant – Banca Channel

Location: Kerala

Overview:

We're seeking dynamic Financial Service Consultants to work with our banking partners and provide tailored life insurance solutions to customers. You'll build strong client relationships, offer expert financial advice, and drive sales growth through customer-centric service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with bank partners to identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through effective communication and financial planning.
  • Promote and explain life insurance products suited to customer needs.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional financial products.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry updates, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (insurance experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
