Position: Rack Salesman / Sales Executive Industrial Storage Systems
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are partnering with a reputed industrial solutions company looking for a Sales Executive specializing in Pallet Racking and Warehouse Storage Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities for pallet racking, shelving, mezzanine floors, and other warehouse storage solutions.
This role involves understanding client requirements, providing customized storage solutions, preparing quotations, and coordinating with design and installation teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for racking, shelving, and warehouse storage systems.
- Visit clients across warehouses, logistics companies, factories, and distribution centers to assess storage requirements.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate racking solutions (e.g., selective, drive-in, cantilever, mezzanine, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design/engineering team to develop layout drawings, technical proposals, and cost estimates.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide effective post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing (preferred).
- 26 years of experience in sales of industrial racking, warehouse equipment, or material handling systems.
- Good technical understanding of various storage systems and warehouse layouts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD drawings is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and site assessments.
