dynamic Insurance Sales Agents to join our Chennai team and contribute to our outbound sales

operations in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct outbound calls to promote term insurance products.


• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and terms to prospective customers.


• Convert leads into sales while handling objections effectively.


• Ensure timely follow-ups and policy renewals.


• Maintain accurate call and lead records using CRM tools.


• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.


• Ensure compliance with internal quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements


• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate.


• Languages: Proficiency in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).


• Experience: 3 to 6 months in telecalling or outbound sales (insurance experience

preferred).


• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.


• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
