Our client, a global specialist in energy management and automation is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated
Factory Doctors
to provide comprehensive medical support, emergency care, and health advisory services to employees on the Ahmednagar campus.

The role involves working under the supervision and direction of the
Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
and ensuring compliance with statutory and occupational health requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide medical consultation and emergency treatment to employees as per the shift schedule defined by the CMO.

Conduct Outpatient Department (OPD) sessions within the factory's Occupational Health Centre (OHC).

Coordinate and ensure completion of statutory medical check-ups in line with legal and company requirements.

Provide prompt medical attention and treatment in case of factory accidents or injuries, prioritizing employee health and safety.

Refer cases requiring specialized treatment to the company's tie-up hospitals, in consultation with the CMO.

Report accident cases and serious medical emergencies to the Safety Officer promptly.

Supervise OHC nursing staff regarding:

Medical equipment inspection and maintenance

Medicine stock management

First aid boxes, stretchers, and emergency preparedness

Actively contribute to employee wellness initiatives, including health awareness talks, preventive health checkups, and wellness camps.

Skills Required

MBBS degree
recognized by
NMC/IMC/MMC
, with valid
permanent registration
from NMC/MMC/IMC.

Additional qualification such as
AFIH/DIH/CIH
, recognized by Central/State Government/DISH.

Industry experience preferred.
