About Us

Aivana builds AI training tools that let medical learners practice real clinical decisions on virtual patients—so they're ready for real ones. We turn medical knowledge into clinical skill through interactive AI simulations and explainable feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Research and build a segmented list of 500+ telemedicine startups and digital clinics in India
  • Send 20–30 personalized LinkedIn connection requests daily, book discovery and demo calls
  • Create and maintain prospect lists and contact databases (founders, CTOs, ops/clinical leads)
  • Schedule demos for the founder; prep briefs and capture key pain points/objections
  • Track outreach metrics (connections, replies, demos booked, pilots) and iterate messaging
  • Maintain clean CRM and weekly pipeline reports (outreach → demo → pilot → conversion)

Who Should Apply

  • Students/fresh grads (Business/Commerce/Management/MBA) with strong research and communication skills
  • Interest in healthcare, AI, healthtech, or B2B SaaS; comfortable with LinkedIn prospecting and basic CRM hygiene
  • Motivated, curious, self-driven; target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups
  • Bonus: Prior BD/sales internship, Google Sheets proficiency, or cold outreach experience
