Head IT and InfoSec

Position: Head IT & InfoSec

Looking for a professional with proven credentials in managing IT systems delivery and information security to enhance the quality of our client deliveries and strengthen information security practices within the organization.

Head IT & Infosec is required to have,

• Hands-on experience in network design
• Hands-on experience in policy design & deployment of firewall, antivirus, DLP, AD servers and other network perimeter devices
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks, especially ISO 27001, Personnel Privacy Data Protection regulations
• Strong Project Management and people management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
• Professional qualification in Cloud operation and Cyber Security would added advantage.
• And above all, a high sense of responsibility, and flair for solving customer problems

Head IT & InfoSec will be responsible for,

• Overall IT governance (IT need Analysis, Budgeting , IT Capacity Management , IT Asset Utilization and Productivity)
• Developing and implementing strategies and infrastructure that align with company goals and objectives
• Formulation, Deployment and Maintenance of Information Data Cyber Security and Protection policies across on-site premises infrastructure, cloud network covering all key components such as firewall, AD server, Antivirus
• Supervising the company's network infrastructure (on premise and cloud), ensuring low down-times and security
• Swift & resilient end user support and helpdesk for companies staff and employees
• Event, Alert and Log Capture Custodian – Review – Monitoring and Reporting
• Incident Reporting and Management
• Threat Intelligence Collection – Analysis – Actions
• Business Continuity Planning and Management
• Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing and Patch Management
• Information and Data Transfer-Exchange-Sharing co-ordination, administration and control
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, particularly ISO 27001.
• IT and Technology Vendor Selection, Procurement, Vendor Risk Assessment and Vendor Contract Management

Eligibility

• 10+ years of work experience in information security with at least 5 years in a managerial position
• Experience in BFSI domain in relevant roles
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
