  • Spoken English, French is an advantage - (Malayalam local language)

The Job Description

Job Title: Villa Intendant

Your tasks:

  • Deliver exceptional service to international guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and effective communication in line with public relations best practices.

  • Oversee the housekeeping operations for villas and cottages, maintaining cleanliness and comfort.

  • Manage minor maintenance tasks and coordinate with technical staff for timely repairs and upkeep.

  • Provide personalized customer service, including guest welcome, handling special requests, and organizing local activities.

  • Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with travel agents and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Knowledge for cooking

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5.5 feet tall

  • No mustache and tattoos can't be visible.

  • Good stand and manners

  • Good team spirit
