Specifically, the Senior Architect will:

Modern Workplace Solutions Design

: Architect scalable and secure solutions using M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Migration Leadership : Plan, execute, and oversee migration projects, including: G-Suite to M365 . Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations . Third-party platforms (e.g., Dropbox, File Servers) to SharePoint/OneDrive . Exchange On-Premise to Exchange Online . SharePoint On-Premise to SharePoint Online . On-Premise Active Directory to Entra ID . Ensure minimal disruption and data integrity during migrations.

Operational Excellence : Optimize and standardize M365 configurations for productivity and security. Implement best practices for identity and access management, compliance, and data protection. Automate routine processes to improve efficiency.

End-User Collaboration Solutions : Drive adoption and effective use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive to enhance team collaboration. Design workflows and integrations with third-party tools as needed.

Technical Leadership and Strategy : Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in cloud collaboration and endpoint management. Mentor and guide technical teams during implementation and support phases. Engage with clients to define project roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria.

Troubleshooting and Support : Resolve escalated technical challenges during migrations and deployments. Ensure timely updates to all stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Core Expertise : In-depth knowledge of the M365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID. Strong experience in hybrid environments involving on-premise and cloud services. Proficiency in Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and M365 administration.

Migration Experience : Proven track record of successfully executing: G-Suite to M365 migrations. Tenant-to-Tenant migrations. On-premises to cloud migrations, including Exchange, SharePoint, and File Servers. Third-party migrations like Dropbox to SharePoint/OneDrive. AD to Entra ID migrations.

Technical Skills : Knowledge of networking, identity management, and security best practices in M365. Familiarity with compliance and governance requirements for cloud platforms.

Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Certifications : Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert . MS-100 : Microsoft 365 Identity and Services. MS-101 : Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security. Additional certifications such as

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

or

Intune/SharePoint-specific certifications

are a plus.
