Role: SDE3T – QA – Test Manager

Experience: 7-10 years

Job Profile:

  • Responsible for developing the test plan for each project
  • Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project.
  • Estimate the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.
  • Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.
  • Arrange the Hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup.
  • Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
  • Generate the testing / quality report for each projects for the periodic management review
  • Review and approve the test cases written by the Test Engineer against each project requirements
  • Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
  • Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.
  • Build a testing team with appropriate skills
  • Identify Training requirements
  • Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
  • Act as the single point of contact between Development and Testers.
  • Experience in Automation testing
  • Creating detailed plans for automating processes within projects, Analyze test results and test metrics
  • Manage Automation testing resources (Recruit, train, allocate and monitor)
  • Develop plans to introduce new automation technologies to increase efficiency and productivity levels within the projects

Requirement:

  • Total 7 to 10 years of experience in the software testing Manual and Automation
  • 3 years of experience as test manager
  • Hands-on experience in API testing using POSTMAN/Swagger.
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
  • Experience in task/test cases/bug logging tools like Jira/youtrack.
  • Good experience in test automation frameworks Jenkins/Github Actions CI/CD, pipelines, and cloud-based execution platforms.
  • Should have strong knowledge and experience in Selenium/Python
