Position: Debt Recovery Agent or Field Collection Executive

About the Role

We are hiring Debt Recovery Agents to work with various Banks and NBFCs. The role includes contacting customers for overdue payments, explaining dues, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery while following RBI and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers through phone calls, field visits, or letters regarding overdue payments

Explain outstanding dues, settlement options, and repayment schedules

Conduct field visits for recovery and address customer queries

Maintain follow up and update collection status regularly

Ensure ethical and compliant communication

Coordinate with branch staff, collection managers, and legal teams when needed

Submit daily or weekly recovery updates

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum HS passed or Graduate preferred

Experience in debt recovery or field collections is an added advantage

Two wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets

Skills Required

Strong convincing ability

Basic computer and smartphone knowledge

Knowledge of local areas

Discipline and target focused attitude

Compensation

Fixed salary with performance based incentives

Fuel allowance based on role

Mobile reimbursement based on role
