About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Mulund West. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of telesales or telemarketing experience, with strong communication skills and a passion for converting leads into successful fundraising and support efforts. Experience in fundraising will be considered a valuable advantage. We provide 2 weeks of comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters to promote and raise funds for our causes.
  • Understand donor needs and effectively communicate our mission to encourage contributions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and donations in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and build strong relationships with donors.
  • Meet and exceed fundraising targets and KPIs.
  • Represent Utkarsh Global Foundation professionally and positively at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of telesales/telemarketing experience (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills to operate CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Fundraising experience will be a strong plus.
