Job Description

• Drive business impact: Advise on the best way to use the Avaloq Banking Suite and implement modules at customers. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs and propose tailored solutions to maximize ROI.
• Act as a strategic interface: Bridge the gap between customer business requirements and Avaloq Banking Suite standards. Negotiate and find optimal compromises that satisfy both client needs and system capabilities.
• Design and deliver: Implement and parameterize modules of the Avaloq Banking Suite at customer sites. Leverage deeper and broader business/technical knowledge to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Technical solutions: Design banking platforms that align with clients' business needs, considering technical and economic feasibility, business strategies, architectural guidelines, and other constraints. Ensure scalability and future-proofing of implemented solutions.
• Be the client's voice: Proactively identify and solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Advocate for client interests within the organization and propose innovative solutions to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and regulatory issues. Recommend process, product, or service improvements to stay ahead of market trends and compliance requirements.
• Lead project initiatives: Spearhead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex implementation projects. Ensure timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and knowledge share: Guide junior team members in best practices for Avaloq Banking Suite implementation. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer across the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends: Continuously update knowledge of banking regulations, fintech innovations, and Avaloq platform enhancements. Apply this knowledge to improve client solutions and internal processes.
• Foster client relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on leveraging the Avaloq Banking Suite to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Information Technology / Computer Science
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Technology space
• At least 10 years of working experience in Core Banking Platform/ Wealth Management domain
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and autonomous approach to work
• Fluency in English
