Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure/AWS)Location: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: 4 - 9 Years

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior DevOps Engineer
to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. This role requires a strong background in both
Azure and AWS
, with a focus on automating the software development lifecycle, ensuring system reliability, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management:
    Design, deploy, and manage highly available and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure on
    Azure
    and
    AWS
    .
  • CI/CD Pipeline:
    Architect, build, and maintain robust
    CI/CD pipelines
    using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions to automate software build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
    Lead the development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code using
    Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
    to ensure consistent and reproducible environments.
  • Containerization & Orchestration:
    Manage and optimize containerized applications using
    Docker
    and orchestration platforms like
    Kubernetes (AKS and EKS)
    .
  • Monitoring and Observability:
    Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like
    Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
    to ensure application performance and health.
  • Security and Compliance:
    Enforce security best practices, manage IAM policies, and conduct regular security audits to maintain a secure cloud environment.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship:
    Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to streamline workflows. Mentor junior team members on DevOps principles and tools.
  • Troubleshooting:
    Serve as a subject matter expert for diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure and application-level issues in production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Cloud Expertise:
    Proven experience with core services of both
    Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
    .
  • IaC:
    Hands-on experience with
    Terraform
    is mandatory.
  • Containerization:
    Strong experience with
    Docker
    and orchestrators like
    Kubernetes
    .
  • CI/CD:
    In-depth knowledge of
    Azure DevOps
    and/or
    Jenkins
    .
  • Scripting:
    Proficiency in scripting languages such as
    Python, Bash, or PowerShell
    for automation.
  • Operating Systems:
    Solid understanding of Linux and/or Windows administration.
  • Version Control:
    Expert in
    Git
    and various branching strategies.
  • Database Management:
    Experience with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Experience integrating security practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
