Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Patna. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth. The role involves team leadership, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the company's broader goals. This position will also oversee branding, customer outreach, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Marketing strategy development, brand management, and campaign planning skills
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and data interpretation
  • Team collaboration, leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Digital Marketing expertise, including social media and online advertising
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively, both in writing and speaking
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
