Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Customer Service to lead our customer service team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by managing daily team operations, monitoring order processing, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives to ensure efficient service delivery
Monitor daily customer interactions, ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints
Handle customer escalations in a professional and effective manner
Oversee and track the status of F&B orders from placement to dispatch, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
Coordinate with Operations and Dispatch teams to follow up on order preparation and delivery schedules
Proactively check and update customers regarding the status of their orders and dispatch timelines
Ensure adherence to service quality standards and company policies
Train the team on product knowledge, order management processes, and effective customer communication
Analyse customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance service efficiency
Maintain performance reports and share insights with management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Dispatch) to resolve customer and order related issues
Ensure smooth communication in both English and Hindi with customers and internal teams Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service
Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer escalations effectively
Knowledge of order processing and dispatch tracking in the F&B sector
Data-driven with the ability to prepare and analyse reports
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer interaction
Positive attitude and people management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
