Position Overview: The Food & Beverage Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent guest service in our restaurant, banquet, and in-room dining facilities. The role involves welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness of service areas, and assisting with F&B operations in line with resort standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Present menus, make recommendations, and take food & beverage orders accurately.

2. Serve food and beverages promptly and as per service standards

3. Set up, arrange, and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas.

4. Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.

5. Assist with banquet and event service setups and operations.

6. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.

Educational Qualification: 12th pass/Hospitality (Food & Beverage Service preferred)

Experience In Years: 1 to 4 years

Industry Experience: Hospitality

Languages: Basic Knowledge of English/ Hindi
