Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer passionate about delivering high-quality SaaS experiences through both
manual and automated testing
. You will ensure end-to-end quality across modules such as healthcare, fitness, and nutrition using
Playwright automation
, API testing, and CI integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    Playwright automated test suites
    for web applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to
    define test cases
    and
    acceptance criteria
    .
  • Perform
    regression, functional, and UI testing
    across multiple environments (web & mobile-responsive).
  • Integrate test scripts within
    CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, AWS)
    .
  • Execute
    API testing
    (Postman / Swagger) and validate data flow across backend services.
  • Track, report, and verify bugs using project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
  • Create detailed QA documentation — test plans, test reports, and automation coverage metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 1+ year in Playwright automation.
  • Solid understanding of
    web technologies (React, )
    and
    REST APIs
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    test design techniques
    , cross-browser testing, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with
    SQL
    for data validation.
  • Experience in
    SaaS product testing
    preferred (Healthcare or similar multi-tenant environments a plus).
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
