Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Chennai. As a key contributor, you will support our clients' transformation journeys by analyzing business needs and devising strategies that leverage messaging channels. This is a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional business solutions within various industries, including BFSI, utilizing your technical and analytical expertise.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in BFSI Modules (Mandatory skill) is crucial for comprehending the industry-specific requirements and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SQL for analyzing complex datasets and generating meaningful insights.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel to perform advanced data analysis, create comprehensive models, and deliver actionable reports.
  • Competency in Tableau for visualizing data and providing strategic insights through interactive dashboards.
  • Experience with Power BI to analyze data and share valuable insights across teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to perform Process Mapping, identifying process improvements, and enhancing operational efficiencies.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills to liaise with clients and understand their business goals and challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough business analysis and provide insights that drive digital transformation initiatives for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing client infrastructures.
  • Utilize data-driven techniques to interpret complex data sets and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and align delivery with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed reports and visualizations to support strategic decisions and enhance client engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
  • Support project management activities, including timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
