- Oversee and manage import processes from end to end order to delivery with proactive communicatio
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and customs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, CHA, freight forwarders, Logistics and other stakeholders.
- System knowledge of SAP & MS Windows Excel / Word/Power point, Daily & Weekly Team meetings etc. to upkeep EXIM process
- Ability to adapt and learn new processes, Exim policies and systems quickly.
- Maintain import data and verify information accuracy. Classify all entries, resolve import problems.
- To assist in monitoring the foreign import activities including finalizing the shipment.
- Strong Skills on understanding of documents : Incoterms, Currency, Glocal locations, PI, PO, Invoice, BOE/AWB, Global & Custom policies, Vendors, various company products, Busines codes, Locations, Approvals and coordinate for overall logistics etc.
- To initiate new Vendors, Coordinate for Payments with Finance & Purchase or PPC
- Knoweldge of Custom Duties, EXIM Benefits, PIMS, SIMS, Various Bonds, ADC, Custom circulars, Compliances & implementation if any etc.
- Daily Review with required agencies ( Internal & External) to meet production requirement as per Procurement planning.
- EXIM Weekly, Monthly reporting.
- Maintain import data and verify information accuracy. Classify all entries, resolve import problems.
- To assist in monitoring the foreign import activities including finalizing the shipment.
- Lead Digitization projects to improve efficiency and visibility of the shipments
