Specific Responsibilities:Daily Operations:Based on the required collateral amount calculated by the Tokyo Head Office, agree on the collateral amount to be exchanged with counterparties. Input the agreed details into the system. Circulate the details along with vouchers for approval and obtain necessary endorsements.

Obtain the settlement details from the system and prepare settlement instructions for the settlement department. Monthly Operations:On the first day of each month, based on the interest calculations for the previous month provided by the Tokyo Head Office, agree on the interest amounts with counterparties. Input the agreed details into the system.

Circulate the details along with vouchers for approval and obtain necessary endorsements. Obtain the settlement details from the system and prepare settlement instructions for the settlement department. Communication:Communication with counterparties is primarily conducted via email.

The counterparties include financial institutions and corporate entities in India that have transactions with our company. Job Requirements: Accurate and prompt administrative processing skills. Experience in back-office operations at a financial institution is preferred.

Diligent work attitude. Ability to communicate effectively with the Tokyo team and carry out tasks collaboratively. Proficiency in English.

Candidates with a strong interest in financial back-office operations. Willingness to learn about derivative collateralized transactions. In the future, the candidate will be expected to take on responsibilities such as approver duties, developing special projects, and expanding the scope of counterparties to include those in Europe and the Americas.
