to join our Gurgaon office and bring creative excellence to our internal, external, and digital branding initiatives.

Role Overview

The
Graphic Designer
will be responsible for delivering engaging designs that elevate CVanté's branding and communication presence across multiple platforms. This role involves working closely with leadership and teams to translate ideas into visually compelling solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Communication Design:
    Create presentations (PPTs), dashboards, reports, and other internal communication assets.
  • Branding Designs
    : Develop designs for company branding (brochures, banners, merchandise, etc.) and create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.
  • Website Updates & Maintenance:
    Regularly design and update the company website for a seamless, professional user experience.
  • Professional Branding Materials:
    Design resumes, profiles, pitch decks, and other collaterals.
  • Founder's Communication Support:
    Assist in designing and enhancing communication materials for the founder, including decks, notes, and corporate branding.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    Coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality production.
  • Marketing:
    Create visuals for advertisements, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with website CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Skills in motion graphics and video editing.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
