Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers (male or female) to join our sales team. The role involves promoting our real estate projects, handling provided leads, and helping convert inquiries into successful site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company's lead database.
  • Explain project details, pricing, and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to schedule site visits and maintain interest.
  • Promote the company's projects and create brand awareness among customers.
  • Update and maintain customer details and follow-up records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion and meet targets.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (real estate preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
  • Confident, positive, and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel or CRM tools).
  • Target-driven and eager to grow in the real estate sector.
