Key Responsibilities.

Develop and maintain dynamic, interactive, and responsive web applications using , Redux, and other modern JavaScript libraries..

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards..

Optimize application performance for speed and scalability, ensuring smooth cross-browser and cross-device compatibility..

Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality standards across the team..

Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies and apply them in your day-to-day work..

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end application issues, ensuring a seamless user experience..

Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, helping them grow in their React development skills..

Collaborate in Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives..

Required skills and experience :..

Proven Experience :4+ years of professional experience in development..

Proficiency in React :Deep understanding of React fundamentals, including JSX, hooks, state management, context API, and component lifecycle..

State Management :Strong experience with Redux, React Context, or other state management libraries..

JavaScript:Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and its core concepts (promises, async/await, modules)..

Front-End Development :Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles, ensuring web applications are mobile-friendly and accessible..

API Integration :Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL to fetch and display dynamic data..

Version Control :Familiarity with Git for version control and best practices for branch management, pull requests, and code reviews..

Testing :Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library..
