Job Description:
- Handling for breakdown all machine like cnc ,vmc ,spm,grinding machine, cente faching .
- Replace balscrew CNC marshal and mazak ,ace micromatic and other machines.
- Maintain MTTR and MTBF.
- Trouble shooting of grinding machine .
- Why why analysis off all breakdown .
- Work at hydraulic and pneumatic system.
- Maintain oil consumption and file on daily basis.
- Participated in all & safety Alh is organizations by the company.
- Apply kaizen& poka- yoke in manufacturing lines.
- Cnc turning, EOT, grinder ,vmc, m/ c also.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be Diploma mechanical with 3-6 Year Experience in Mechanical Maintenance
with Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance
having knowledge of Cnc Machine maintenance
