Job Summary:

We are seeking an AI Data Scientist with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and optimizing AI models, with a deep understanding of both statistical theory and modern AI techniques. You will work on high-impact projects, from prototyping to production, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems using AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research, design, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for predictive and generative AI applications.
  2. Apply advanced statistical methods to improve model robustness and interpretability.
  3. Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and ensemble techniques.
  4. Perform large-scale data analysis to identify patterns, biases, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  5. Work closely with ML engineers to validate, train, and deploy the models.
  6. Stay updated with the latest research and developments in AI and machine learning to ensure innovative and cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  1. PhD or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in algorithm development and optimization.
  2. Proficiency in SQL, Python and visualization tools (Power BI).
  3. Experience in developing mathematical models for business applications, preferably in finance, trading, image-based AI, biomedical modeling, or recommender systems industries
  4. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Soft Skills:

  1. Curiosity to uncover "why" behind patterns.
  2. Ability to explain complex findings simply.
