Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic
Celebrity Sourcing Specialist
who will manage and execute celebrity placements, collaborations, and red-carpet opportunities for our clients. This person will be the bridge between our brands, stylists, and celebrities, ensuring maximum visibility and impactful placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stylists, celebrity managers, and talent agencies.
  • Source and secure celebrity placements for couture, jewellery, and lifestyle brands.
  • Track upcoming events, shoots, premieres, and red-carpet opportunities.
  • Coordinate sample logistics, fittings, and returns with precision.
  • Work closely with PR & brand teams to align placements with campaign strategies.
  • Maintain placement trackers and prepare detailed coverage reports.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in PR, fashion, or celebrity sourcing.
  • Strong network within Bollywood, stylists, and influencer circles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for fashion, jewellery, and pop culture.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
