Position: Hair Stylist Trainer

Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for aspiring hair stylists, covering a range of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment techniques.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, and guides to facilitate effective learning.
• Demonstrate the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in the field of hair styling.
• Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students, offering constructive feedback and support to nurture their skills.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure training content remains up-to-date and relevant to industry trends.
• Organize and participate in assessment activities, including practical exams and evaluations of student performance.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and professionalism.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, products, and technologies in the hair styling industry to enhance training content.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training of new instructors if required.
• Uphold and promote safety and hygiene standards in the training environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a skilled and successful hair stylist with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience.
• Recognized certification or diploma in hair styling from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and instructional techniques.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, products, and tools in the hair styling industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
