Job Title: Backend Executive (Advanced Excel)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Backend Executive with strong command over Advanced Excel to manage data processing, documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks. The role requires high accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to prepare and maintain MIS reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle backend operational tasks and maintain daily records.
- Work extensively on Excel for data entry, data analysis & report preparation.
- Create and update MIS Reports, dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas, and charts.
- Manage documentation, filing, email handling, and follow-ups.
- Support internal teams with accurate data and timely reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation.
- Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel (Mandatory):
- Pivot Table, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, Power Query (optional but preferred).
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word & PowerPoint).

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in backend / MIS / data handling roles.
- Fresher with strong Excel skills can also be considered.
Salary: As per company norms

Pay: ₹10, ₹28,320.71 per month
