Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Captain to join our Food & Beverage team. The Captain will be responsible for supervising restaurant operations, managing the service team, and ensuring an exceptional guest dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service of food and beverages.
  • Train, guide, and support stewards and service staff.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure accuracy in orders.
  • Maintain service standards, table setup, and cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Assist in inventory control, stock requisition, and billing.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverages, service techniques, and guest handling.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
