Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can create analytical reconciliation models, reports and MIS on financial data using our own web-based SaaS software for data analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong logic-building capabilities and good communication skills to

collaborate effectively.

As part of the Data Analysis Team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Data Analysis & Automation-

Analyze multiple datasets to identify logic, correlations, and patterns.

Perform in-depth financial data analysis and automate reconciliation using our software.

2. Data Processing & Transformation-

Write logic to clean, transform, and enrich data.

Develop logic to join datasets and perform complex calculations.

Identify and classify correct and incorrect scenarios within data.

3. Data Quality Assurance-

Ensure data accuracy, validate inconsistencies, and rectify errors.

Collaborate with the development team to enhance data integrity and reliability.

4. Financial Reconciliation & Reporting-

Create financial reconciliation models to improve data accuracy.

Generate reports and MIS to support business decision-making.

5. Client Support & Collaboration-

Act as the primary contact for client inquiries related to data analysis and reconciliation.

Understand client requirements and provide expert guidance on reconciliation solutions.

6. Continuous Learning & Development-

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Enhance skills through training and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong logic-building and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, R, etc.).

Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.

Ability to test and validate logic before implementation.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.

Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving business needs.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
