Job Title: Mid-Level Graphic Designer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Graphic Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience in crafting performance-driven marketing creatives from digital campaigns and reels to product visuals. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to create impactful designs that drive engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Develop visual assets for product launches, sales funnels, and marketing experiments.
  • Create reels, short-form videos, and motion graphics for social media and brand campaigns.
  • Design landing page graphics, carousels, and storytelling visuals aligned with brand tone.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads and founders to refine visual communication and campaign direction.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure all deliverables meet performance standards.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience designing marketing materials (ads, reels, funnels, campaigns).
  • Strong understanding of marketing goals, storytelling, and user psychology.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative range, video/reel work, and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams or agencies.
  • Bonus: Exposure to performance marketing metrics or A/B testing frameworks.
