About the Role

We are looking for motivated and passionate Flutter Developer Trainees who are eager to learn mobile app development using Flutter and Dart. As an On-the-Job Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications under the guidance of experienced developers.

This program is designed to provide practical exposure to real-world projects and prepare trainees for full-time roles as Flutter Developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Debug, test, and optimize mobile applications for performance and scalability.
  • Work with back-end teams to ensure seamless integration between app and server.
  • Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Learn and apply modern development practices, tools, and workflows.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data handling.
  • Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.

Education

  • Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
