Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Hyper-V, Hyper-V Clusters, CSV, S2D, and on-prem Active Directory.
  • 23 years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, including provisioning, monitoring, automation, and dashboard creation.
  • Ensure high availability, performance monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting of cloud services.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell/Python/Bash).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and smooth cloud operations.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and troubleshooting guides.
  • Operating system and application installation, patching, and upgrades.
  • Preferred experience with Azure Stack HCI, IaaS/PaaS, and scripting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, DevOps, virtualization, security, and recovery.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes (incident/change management).
  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Linux, or related technologies are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
