Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines during batch manufacturing of eye drops, injectables, parenteral products, and injections.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to formulation development and process optimization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for batch records, SOPs, and other relevant documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in ophthalmic manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Strong understanding of Batch Manufacturing, Injectables, Parenteral, Eye Drop & Injection processes.
