Job Description

We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The ideal candidate should be skilled in listing management, account handling, and pitching/selling A+ Content and Brand Store setup services to clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

  • Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
  • Handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing, inventory tracking, and order management.
  • Monitor account health, returns, claims, and performance metrics.

Sales & Client Pitching

  • Pitch and sell A+ Content, Brand Store setup, and marketplace enhancement services to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design/content) for execution of A+ details and storefronts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Growth & Optimization

  • Track product performance and suggest improvements for visibility and sales.
  • Work on campaign coordination (if required) with performance or PPC teams.
  • Monitor competitor listings and pricing strategies.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on listings, sales, and marketplace performance.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams for smooth order flow.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho marketplace management.
  • Good understanding of listing creation, catalog management, and platform policies.
  • Ability to pitch and explain A+ Content and Brand Store services.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Basic Excel knowledge (reports, tracking sheets).
