Represent AAFT at academic forums, media conferences, industry panels, and institutional events. Stay abreast of current trends, tools, and technologies in advertising, digital PR, and experiential marketing. Eligibility Criteria:Ph.

D. in Mass Communication, Advertising, PR, or a related field OR UGC-NET qualification in the relevant discipline (mandatory).8–10 years of teaching experience in reputed universities or colleges. Proven expertise in at least two of the following domains: Brand Communication, Media Strategy, Corporate PR, Event Planning, or Digital Advertising. Strong portfolio of academic research, publications, or industry case studies.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills. Prior industry experience in advertising agencies, PR firms, or event management companies is highly desirable.
