Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic React Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in front-end development using , Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. You will lead the design and development of responsive, scalable single-page applications (SPAs) and guide the team in implementing modern front-end architectures such as Micro-Frontends (MFE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead front-end development using , Redux, Angular, and TypeScript.
  • Design and develop responsive web applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Architect and implement Micro-Frontend (MFE) based solutions for large-scale applications.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability following best practices.
  • Integrate applications with Cloud / Hybrid Cloud (AWS) environments.
  • Perform unit testing and end-to-end testing using tools such as Jest, Cypress, or similar.
  • Build software that meets security, accessibility, and performance standards.
  • Work with Git SCM for version control and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to clean code principles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in building SPAs using React/Redux and Angular.
  • Must have worked with React Hooks and TypeScript.
  • Preferred experience with Micro-Frontend Architecture (MFE).
  • Experience implementing AWS Cloud or Hybrid Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of unit testing, E2E testing, and Behavior-Driven Design (BDD).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
