Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Jank Puri New Delhi

Department: Graphic Designer

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Experience Required: 5–8 years in Graphic

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print media, with a proven ability to deliver visually compelling designs aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing assets, brand materials, and digital content that elevate our visual identity and support campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have strong experience in graphic design with exposure to brand marketing.
  • Be agile in a fast-paced environment and produce quality work in high-pressure situations.
  • Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Keep abreast of industry knowledge and trends to assess, identify, and implement new technology and/or design innovation, such as interactive presentations and digital content delivery.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of graphics software tools, proficiency in the company's standard operating software (MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel), and design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Keynote, and Acrobat Pro.
  • Maintain capabilities for troubleshooting technical issues in graphic files for printing and digital delivery.
  • Demonstrate executive presence; establishes credibility quickly, demonstrates confidence and deals comfortably with clients and other stakeholders, and demonstrates versatility.
  • Excellent project management skills, proven team building, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Articulate communicator, mastery of the English language is a must.
  • Video editing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital and print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a bonus.
  • Strong visual, typographic, and layout skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Positive attitude.

  • Ability to work in a multicultural and virtual environment.
