Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with at least 2 year of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in record keeping, ledger maintenance, and recovery, along with effective communication and leadership qualities. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage general ledger entries.
  • Handle accounts receivable and recovery processes efficiently.
  • Draft professional emails.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve financial issues.
  • Follow up with clients/customers for overdue payments via calls, emails etc.
  • Maintain and update records of all recovery efforts and client communications.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 year) in accounting or finance.
  • Strong skills in record keeping, ledger maintenance, and recovery.
  • Excellent communication and email writing skills.
  • Ability to lead and take initiative when required.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus( Marg Books).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
