We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (Tech Lead) to drive the design and delivery of a secure and reliable web application. This system will manage sensitive personal, traffic, and vehicle data while meeting strict privacy and regulatory requirements. It will also integrate with other platforms, including traffic management systems, transportation department processes, and payment gateways.

As the Technical Lead, you will own the technical vision and execution, ensuring the system is scalable, secure, and built for growth. You will guide the development team through design, coding, testing, and deployment while acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units, operations teams, developers, vendors, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical designs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the design, development, and integration of a secure, reliable, and scalable system, covering front-end, back-end, APIs, microservices, databases, and external systems such as traffic management and payment gateways.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance to development, testing, and DevOps teams across all project phases.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability throughout the development process.
  • Incorporate regulatory and compliance requirements into system design and architecture.
  • Define system components, data workflows, integration points, deployment strategies, and maintain
    comprehensive technical and architectural documentation

  • Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and weaknesses, and propose effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in system architecture or solution design.
  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack application development, including front-end and back-end design, databases, microservices, system integration, testing/QA, and DevOps/deployment for secure, scalable, and reliable applications.
  • Expertise in designing secure, scalable, real-time applications for both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of data security, privacy frameworks, and regulatory compliance for handling sensitive personal, traffic, and payment data.
  • Familiarity with traffic management or transportation systems (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
