Electrical Systems Knowledge: Must possess a strong understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, including power distribution, load balancing, and fault analysis.

Design and Documentation: Capable of preparing detailed Single Line Diagrams (SLD), schematic layouts, and circuit drawings from main panels and distribution boards (DBs) to final lighting and power points.

Site Preparation & Execution: Should be well-versed in pre-commissioning site procedures, including inspection checklists, material verification, and work permit systems prior to commencement of site activities.

Electrical Components Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various types of lighting fixtures, DBs, control panels, breakers, cables, and electrical accessories as per project specifications and standards.

Cost Optimization: Ability to analyze project requirements and implement effective cost-control measures without compromising on quality and safety standards.

Site Measurements & Verification: Proficient in taking precise site measurements, verifying drawings against actual conditions, and updating as-built documentation accordingly.

Billing & Documentation: Familiar with contractor and client billing procedures, including quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, measurement sheets, and work progress certifications.

Safety Compliance: Thorough understanding of electrical safety standards, lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures, PPE requirements, and risk assessment processes to ensure safe site operations.

Reporting & Coordination: Responsible for preparing and sharing daily progress reports, updating project teams via WhatsApp or other communication channels, and coordinating subsequent work activities.
