Job Title: Business Analyst Sapiens Reinsurance Master

Location: Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

Experience: 5 - 7 yrs

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Sapiens Reinsurance Master implementation and integration. The role involves leading end-to-end BA activities, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems, managing requirements, supporting data migration/configuration, and collaborating with business/IT teams across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead BA role in implementation of Sapiens ReinsuranceMaster.
  • Manage requirements for data migration, system configuration, and customization.
  • Ensure seamless integration with policy, claims, and financial systems.
  • Support data quality, reconciliation, and reinsurance/financial close processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors, developers, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Address stakeholder expectations and manage transformation across regions.

Requirements:

  • 57+ years as a BA in large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of reinsurance transactions (Treaty, Facultative, XoL).
  • Prior Sapiens ReinsuranceMaster implementation experience.
  • Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, cloud delivery models, and insurance regulatory requirements.

Preferred:

  • Strong understanding of reinsurance processes & best practices.
  • Knowledge of policy and claims lifecycle impact on reinsurance.Role & responsibilities
