We are a diverse team with backgrounds in innovation, finance, and entrepreneurship, growing rapidly to deliver on our global mission. We are looking for someone with strong educational background and 4-7 years of experience in the fintech space, an operational powerhouse, a collaborative team player, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paces environment.
For partner success, you will work closely with our corporate partners: leading cadence calls, preparing reports, ensuring contractual deliverables are met, and guaranteeing that every engagement is delivered on time and with excellence.
For ventures, you will engage deeply with the startup ecosystem (VCs, accelerators, universities, family offices, and founders), acting as the first point of contact for startups and for GIFT IFIH. You will drive our goal of supporting 50+ fintech startups per year from a pool of 1,000+ scouted companies by building and catalyzing our scouting engine.

How You Will Make a Difference
Partner Success
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with corporate partners (banks, fintechs, regulators, government agencies, etc.), ensuring their needs and objectives are understood and delivered.
- Cadence Calls & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and document regular check-ins with partners, ensuring alignment on KPIs, activities, and next steps.
- Program Delivery & Reporting: Oversee delivery of contractual commitments including demo days, proof-of-concept facilitation, reports, and workshops, ensuring timeliness and high quality.

- Insights & Knowledge Sharing: Provide partners with ecosystem intelligence (startup deal flow, market insights, innovation trends, regulatory updates).
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (ventures, events, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of partner deliverables.
- Impact Measurement: Track, measure, and report on partner engagement outcomes (e.g., pilots launched, investments made, startup collaborations, ecosystem impact).
Ventures
- Startup Scouting & Deal Flow: Scout fintech startups across payments, lending, insurance, blockchain, regtech, wealthtech, etc., ensuring a pipeline of 1,000+ startups annually.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with VCs, accelerators, incubators, universities, family offices, and startup founders to strengthen sourcing channels.
- Startup Evaluation & Selection: Conduct initial screening, pitch reviews, and diligence on startups to assess fit for Plug and Play programs and partner interests.
- Program Support for Startups: Guide selected startups through the Plug and Play program — onboarding, mentorship matching, introductions to corporates and investors.
- Community Building: Represent Plug and Play at events, conferences, and roundtables to strengthen ecosystem presence and attract high-quality startups.
- Knowledge & Insights: Track fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to support program design and partner briefings.
