We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling and elevate our creative expression across digital and print platforms.

Position Summary

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact design solutions for Della's product and project lines. You will work closely with marketing, branding, product, and digital teams to shape the brand's visual identity, ensure design consistency, and support campaigns that reflect Della's luxury positioning.

This role requires a deep understanding of visual aesthetics, a strong design portfolio, and an appreciation for refined, premium branding.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Identity

• Lead the evolution and implementation of Della's visual identity across products, marketing, and digital platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets—digital, print, packaging, environmental graphics, and signage.

Marketing & Campaign Design

• Design creative assets for marketing campaigns including:
• Brochures, flyers, and catalogs
• Print ads, billboards, and hoardings
• Website banners and landing pages
• Social media creatives and emailers
• Work with content and marketing teams to design visually engaging campaigns that reflect brand tone and objectives.

Digital Experience

• Develop digital assets for the company's websites, e-commerce platforms, and online campaigns.
• Ensure responsive design principles and high-resolution asset delivery for all platforms.
• Support UI/UX improvements through layout mockups and user interaction visuals (optional but a plus).

Real Estate Project Branding

• Create and customize visual assets for Della's luxury townships and real estate developments.
• Work on floor plans, project brochures, masterplan visuals, and customer presentations.
• Translate architectural and interior design briefs into compelling visual content.

Product Design Communication

• Collaborate with furniture and interior design teams to create technical product sheets, lookbooks, and brand catalogs.
• Create storyboards and visual narratives for Della products and luxury collections.

Art Direction & Collaboration

• Provide art direction for product photoshoots and marketing videos.
• Guide junior designers and external vendors/agencies when needed.
• Review, refine, and approve artwork for print and production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• Software Proficiency:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI tools (preferred)
• Basic understanding of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus
• Experience: 5+ years in graphic design, preferably with experience in luxury brands, real estate, or interior product design.
• Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated excellence in branding, campaign work, and high-end design execution.
• Creativity & Aesthetic Sense: Passion for detail, typography, luxury aesthetics, and innovative design.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work across teams, take feedback positively, and deliver under deadlines.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience in luxury retail, architectural visualization, or furniture cataloging
• Working knowledge of 3D rendering, AutoCAD, or SketchUp
• Basic animation or motion graphics capabilities
