Job Description:

Urgent Requirement for Dy Manager/Manager Production Induction furnace(12*7tn furnace) for Reputed Steel plant.

Achieve Daily/Weekly/Monthly production target.
Planning of different grades given by PPC Dept.
Preparation of charge mix & melting of charge mix in furnaces.
Special Grades making, process improvement & Quality improvement.
Cost reduction, planning of sequence casting & ingot casting.
Ingot (pitside) raw material checking (Moulds, Hot-Top, pagrette, APC, BP set).
Daily Ingot casting & improve quality of Ingots.
Ingot casting size- 13X MT), 16X20 (2.5MT), 4.5MT, 7MT, 9MT, 12MT & 15MT.
Analysis of Deviated heats and takes the corrective action.
Manpower handling & minimizing the delay.
Visual observation of AOD vessel to control the knurdle formation and refractory erosion. Vessel lining, Vessel life improvement, Ladle lining, ladle life.
Induction lining, patching

Cold commission in CLU Convertor and Induction Furnace
Hot Commission in CLU Convertor (A O D Convertor ) success of the A O D process.
Induction furnace handle (Basic Ramming mass )
A O D Lining and Ladle lining ,
AOD Life increasing and Ladle Life Increasing.
