Solar Builder

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Builder located in Indore. The Solar Builder will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining solar panels and systems. Day-to-day tasks will include interpreting blueprints, schematics and instructions, ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to solar systems, and working with other team members to complete projects on schedule. The role may also involve conducting site assessments and providing recommendations for optimal solar systems setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with installing, assembling, and maintaining solar panels and systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to solar installations
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Relevant technical certifications and experience in renewable energy are a plus
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education or certification preferred
